AGILITY AND FITNESS TESTING
A physical ability test (PAT) consists of a series of tasks done in a clinical environment. A PAT tries to replicate the physical demands of a job description as closely as possible. The PAT evaluates the employee's capacity to perform work-related physical tasks as needed.

A Pre-hire Physical Ability Test (PAT) program works to ensure that workers you hire are well-matched in terms of physical capabilities to the everyday demands of the jobs into which they will be placed. The testing adds a new element of accuracy to the hiring process, reducing inadequate hires and employee turnover.
WORK-RELATED INJURY / ILLNESS TREATMENT
We treat work-related injuries such as lacerations, burns, eye trauma, insect and animal bites, musculoskeletal injuries / strains, et.
Every injured worker will be thoroughly evaluated. We will take a careful history and make a qualified decision if in fact an injury is work related. We will do a thorough examination and order necessary testing. A treatment plan will be developed that maximizes the employees recovery, while minimizing collateral damage to the employer. We will communicate our findings clearly to both the employee and the company. Finally, we will listen, and answer questions from all sides.

We offer timely treatment and management of injuries. Our office strives for decreased waiting time.

We accept workers compensation from various medical provider networks. Please call our office to discuss your claim in further detail. (916) 387-6929

Depending on the industry, it may be necessary for you to provide your employees with specialized clothing, helmets, goggles, or other garments to protect them from job-related injuries.
